OK so generally speaking this LJ has been about cosplay and other types of photography and the rantings of my life.  Today I go about 10 years into the past and go back to some of my wilder days.  Please note that some of the content in this gallery can be rather risqué.

I attended the Hot Import Nights 2007 event Dec 1, 2007.  Though the venue was rather small, the crowd was buzzing, the beats kept rolling and there were of course hot cars and pretty girls.  A good chunk of my fellow 808photogs were there too though the noise level was so high we could barely hear each other speak.  I wound up being there from 5-11 and the adrenaline rush kept going till 2am when I posted the first rough cut.

I generally prefer to know my subjects more so I can figure out how best to work with them but event shooting doesn't afford that luxury.  You carry, you shoot and you pray to god you got something.  Hopefully some of the shots are enjoyable for folks.
